The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the processes related to the problems of increasing the efficiency of the financial management system of commercial banks. In the course of the research, the influence of the management system of commercial banks of our country on the processes related to the financial activity of banks was studied, existing problems and shortcomings were identified in this regard. a scientific proposal and practical recommendations were formed to eliminate the problems of increasing the efficiency of the financial management system of commercial banks.
