In this article, it is thought that the gender problem is not only a woman's problem, but also a problem of men and society. Gender relations cover the entire culture, society, and state institutions. Gender analysis learn methods of meeting the needs of the population, study the activities of patocipants at all stages of economic, political and social process, and gove optimal way to solve problem in the viwes of women and men.
