In this article, the concept of "Hermeneutics", its essence, its role in the formation of educational content, the importance of the hermeneutic approach in the development and explanation of the social and philosophical sphere. The effective result of using the hermeneutic methodology in strengthening the national ideology in people's minds and promoting the national idea is that the translator, when translating the meaning of the text of one language into another language, first of all has a deep knowledge of the vocabulary of the two languages, the most meaningful words that he should be able to choose the appropriate one.
