Abstract

In this article, the historical reasons for the migration that occurred in Central Asia at the beginning of the 20th century, the path of migrants to Saudi Arabia, the policy of the Saudi government towards them, the name of the Central Asian community, in particular, on the basis of Western sources, the etymological analysis of such terms as "Muhajir”, “Turkestan”, “Bukhari”, the language situation of migrants and efforts to preserve national identity and its results.
