Abstract

This article examines the role of the Project Management Office (PMO) in the innovation management system of a higher education institution. It examines how a PMO can effectively contribute to the successful implementation of innovation projects within an institution. The study highlights the importance of resource allocation and alignment in PMO operations and provides insight into strategies to optimize resource utilization. In addition, he discusses the importance of cross-functional teams, communication, prioritization, and continuous improvement in the role of the PMO.
