In this article, researches related to the field is learnt in the study of the foreign experience of the formation of financial resources through the practice of initial public offering of stocks. The operations carried out in the US stock market regarding the practice of initial public offering of stocks are analyzed and SWOT analysis of the IPO practice is carried out for the company. Relevant conclusions are formed based on the analysis.
