This article discusses about the purpose of conducting operational search activities, the procedure for conducting operational search activities in cases that cannot be delayed, and its legal basis, and also analyzes the grounds for recognizing evidence collected as a result of operational search activities as acceptable or unacceptable. It considered in detail the issue of the need to coordinate with the prosecutor the resolution of the head of the investigative body on the conduct of an investigative action, and as a result of the analysis, a proposal was made to supplement the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On operational search activities."
