The purpose of this study is to examine the linguistic and artistic reflection of the concept of social equality in Uzbek folk epics and English utopias. The study analyzes the artistic and linguistic means by which the idea of social equality is expressed, the system of images, lexical units, and means of artistic depiction. While Uzbek folk epics reflected social equality through such ideas as justice, collectivism, and service to the people, English utopias were dominated by an approach aimed at creating an ideal society and improving social systems. The study examines the common and different aspects of these two literary movements, as well as the interpretation of the idea of social equality in each culture.
