One of the most effective ways to bring the market economy out of the systemic crisis and transition to
a new technological order is the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence and the digital transformation of
society. In this regard, the topic of this article, which is devoted to assessing the prospects for the implementation
of artificial intelligence algorithms in various areas of service provision, is relevant. The article systematizes the
world experience and practice of using various models and services of artificial intelligence, identifies the positive
and negative consequences of using neural networks in various business processes. Also, specific examples and
the effectiveness of using machine algorithms in technological cycles were given. Studying the results of the
implementation of artificial intelligence algorithms in various areas of services, which made it possible to
determine the main directions for further development of artificial intelligence systems, as well as the range of
problems to be solved.
