В данной статье рассматривается понятие специальных миссий и кодификация норм международного права. Согласно определению автора специальные миссии – это временные миссии, которые направляются из одного государства в другое государство исключительно с согласия принимающего государства на определенный срок для выполнения конкретной задачи или для решения конкретных вопросов от имени представляющего государства.
