В данной статье рассматривается понятие доказательств в международном уголовном праве, их виды и применение в уголовном процессе, а также один из актуальных вопросов современности - использование электронных доказательств. Наряду с этим проводится сравнительный анализ сходств и различий национального и международного законодательства.
