ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ДИАЛОГОВ И ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ПЕРСОНАЖЕЙ В РОМАНЕ СКОТТА ТУРОВА "ПРЕЗУМЦИЯ НЕВИННОСТИ"

В данной статье анализируется взаимосвязь диалогов и характеристик персонажей в романе Скотта Турова "Презумпция невиновности," посредством которой раскрывается психологическая глубина произведения, моральная дилемма в правовой среде и сложность социальных ролей. Диалоги рассматриваются не как средство, приводящее событие в движение, а как основной стилистический элемент, раскрывающий внутреннюю борьбу, душевное состояние и моральную позицию героев. В структуре романа показана сложная природа человеческого языка через семантические слои диалогов, амбивалентность и неопределенность речи персонажей. Данный анализ раскрывает синтез психологического реализма и правового драматизма в современной юридической литературе.
