Аннотация

This article analyzes the use of digital educational technologies in developing students' modeling competence. Modeling competence is considered an important professional skill for modern professionals. Based on pedagogical research, the impact of digital technologies (simulation software, virtual laboratories, 3D modeling software, programming systems, and cloud computing platforms) on students' modeling skills is examined. The article highlights the advantages of digital technologies in the modeling process, such as visualization capabilities, interactivity, simplification of complex systems, and collaboration opportunities. Practical recommendations for developing students' modeling competence in higher education institutions are developed.
