This article analyzes the criteria for determining human value in the context of the development of civil society philosophically-socially. It is explained that human value depends on the norm. The article substantiates the importance of trade unions as an important institutional mechanism in ensuring human value on the basis of the activities of Trade Unions of the Republic and Trade Unions of the Bukhara region.
