The article analyzes urgent problems of ensuring international environmental justice in the context of global ecological crisis, principles of transboundary responsibility, and theoretical-philosophical foundations of the «common but differentiated responsibility» principle. The research substantiates the necessity of forming fair mechanisms for distributing responsibility between developed and developing countries. The author reveals the essence of each state and society's responsibility in ensuring the common future of humanity and the biosphere based on modern ecohumanistic approaches.
