DIGITALIZATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN: STAGES OF FORMATION AND DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT

This article examines the legal framework for the digitalization of administrative proceedings in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the stages of development of the regulatory framework for digital transformation, as well as the development of e-litigation, the institutionalization of digital evidence, and the implementation of remote participation mechanisms. Based on an analysis of legislation, strategic documents, and law enforcement practice, the main challenges and prospects for improving legal regulation in the context of digitalization are identified.
