Аннотация

This article analyzes the essence, content, and practical significance of the principle of justice in the system of public administration. It highlights the role of the justice principle in the activities of public administration bodies, its importance in ensuring citizens’ rights and freedoms, and the necessity of adhering to fairness criteria in decision-making processes. In addition, interpretations of the justice principle in national and international legal sources are compared, and ways of applying them to public administration practice are examined. The research findings emphasize that the principle of justice is recognized as a key factor in strengthening the stability, transparency, and public trust in the system of public administration.
