Abstract

In the article, one of the services in the field of tourism, the need to improve and evaluate the efficiency of the catering industry, its important aspects, and a development model were developed. In order to analyze the efficiency of public catering establishments, an analysis of the age and gender of tourists was carried out, and a proposal for evaluation mechanisms was shown based on the analysis of which types of tourists visit catering establishments more often.
