Abstract

This article is dedicated to studying innovative methods of quality management in service enterprises. Ensuring and managing quality in the service sector is of great importance for enhancing the competitiveness of companies. The research examines modern methods of quality management, including technological innovations, service analysis, and adaptation to customer needs. This article highlights the importance of implementing innovative strategies to improve quality in the service sector.
