Ushbu maqola kasbga yoʻnaltirishning zamonaviy modellarini tahlil qilish, jahondagi ilgʻor tajribalarni oʻrganish va Oʻzbekiston sharoitida ularni qoʻllash imkoniyatlarini ilmiy asosda baholashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotda statistik tahlil, qiyosiy yondashuv va xorijiy tajribalarni oʻrganish usullari qoʻllaniladi. Maqolaning maqsadi – mehnat bozori talablari va yoshlarning kasbiy imkoniyatlarini uygʻunlashtirishga xizmat qiluvchi samarali strategiyalarni ishlab chiqish uchun ilmiy va amaliy tavsiyalar taqdim etishdan iborat.
