Статья посвящена анализу современных моделей профессиональной ориентации, изучению передового мирового опыта и научно обоснованной оценке возможностей их применения в условиях Узбекистана. В исследовании применяются методы статистического анализа, сравнительного подхода и изучения зарубежного опыта. Цель статьи заключается в разработке научно-практических рекомендаций для формирования эффективных стратегий, способствующих гармонизации требований рынка труда и профессиональных возможностей молодежи.
