Abstract

In this article, the issues of the influence of international intellectual property documents on this area will be considered on the example of some foreign countries. Let's highlight the countries of the Anglo-Saxon legal system (first of all, the United Kingdom and the United States). The internal legislation of the countries of this group has its own individual characteristics. Based on the generalization of judicial precedents, we can identify particular codifications.

The latter is expressed in the right to counteract the distortion or other modification of the work, as well as "any other encroachment on the work that may damage the honor or reputation of the author" (Part 1 of Article 6 bis). The procedure for judicial or administrative protection of the personal rights of authors is established by the domestic legislation of the country in which the copyright protection requirement is imposed (Part 3 of Article 6 bis). Personal rights belong to the author throughout his life, and after his death they remain valid "at least until the termination of property rights" (part 2 of Article 6 bis). Domestic legislation determines which bodies or persons exercise these rights after the death of the author (part 2 of Article 6 bis).
