This article presents the methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the unified centralized dispatching service in the digital economy, as well as the views of scientists on its use. In the article, the dispersion indicators of the evaluation system are analyzed based on the normative criteria of the results of the interface in relation to the factors, and determine its effectiveness. Its normative criteria include a comprehensive description of technological support and operational service.
