Abstract

This article states that everyone has the right to work, free choice of work, fair and favorable working conditions and protection against unemployment, everyone has the right to equal pay for equal work without any discrimination, everyone who works Everyone has the right to a fair and satisfactory income that provides a decent living for himself and his family, supplemented if necessary by other means of social security, to form trade unions and to protect his interests. have the right to join trade unions, the second section of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted on April 30, 2023 based on the results of the Referendum defines the basic rights, freedoms and duties of a person and a citizen in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Labor of the Republic of Uzbekistan The Code and other laws provide comprehensive guarantees for the rights of individuals to work freely based on the principle of equality and non-discrimination, especially for women, minors, the disabled and other segments of the population in need of social protection, special guarantees and benefits are given in the field of labor and are implemented today marriage, human rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution and laws are inviolable and no one has the right to deprive or limit them without a court decision, the right to work, the right to freely choose a profession and type of activity is the absolute right of a person, the right to work International that it is strengthened and guaranteed in the normative documents, the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Labor Code and other legal documents, researched using scientific knowledge methods such as analysis and synthesis, comprehensive approach, systemic-functional approach, content analysis, retrospective analysis, dialectical, synergetic, grammatical analysis issues are described.
