An analysis of existing research shows that there is a growing interest in onomastics, which is studied as a separate branch of traditional linguistics. In particular, the study of similar and different aspects between a common noun and a proper noun represents not only a comparative, but also a comparative aspect. It is also gratifying that the field of linguapoetics is developing within the framework of Uzbek linguistics, and within the framework of this topic, researchers are actively conducting a number of studies. In this article, in a separate aspect, the linguistic features of proprialisation and appellativisation in onomastics are studied.
