PROCEDURAL AND EVIDENTIARY FUNCTIONS OF THE COURT SESSION PROTOCOL IN THE PROCESS OF RENDERING A JUDICIAL VERDICT

This scientific article analyzes the procedural and evidentiary functions of the court session protocol in the process of rendering a judicial verdict. The article examines the procedural significance of the protocol, such as documentation, result consolidation, and dispute resolution, as well as in evidentiary significance, including ensuring the reliability of evidence, serving as a source for evidence verification, and assisting in the issuance of judicial conclusions. It emphasizes that the correct and accurate documentation of the court session protocol plays a key role in ensuring criminal justice. The article demonstrates the role of the court session protocol in the fair and lawful conduct of criminal proceedings.
