EXECUTION OF INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRAL AWARDS

Abstract
In the ICA, a party, for whose interest an award is rendered, wants to enforce the award as soon as possible. If the losing party do not enforce the award voluntary then succeeded party have to address to state court to get enforcing order. In the following section types of available execution mechanism are discussed.
