В ICA сторона, в интересах которой вынесено решение, хочет как можно скорее добиться его исполнения. Если проигравшая сторона не исполняет решение добровольно, то преуспевшая сторона должна обратиться в государственный суд за судебным приказом о принудительном исполнении. В следующем разделе обсуждаются типы доступных механизмов исполнения.
