This article is devoted to economic and social factors to ensure gender equality. The player discusses the necessary factors to ensure the equality between women and men - problems in key areas of education, such as labor market, social services, legislation, health and social stere steree. Ensuring gender equality leads not only to social justice, but also to economic growth and sustainable development. The article also shows the cooperation of the state, the private sector and civil society as an important factor to ensure gender equality. The article describes the importance of measures aimed at ensuring gender equality among the population, as well as the strategic directions required to implement the positive changes in this area.
