THE ROLE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES IN ENSURING THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE COUNTRY'S ECONOMY

The article examines in detail the key issues that hinder energy security and sustainable development, which is a priority for all countries. In particular, it proposes a strategy for transition to renewable energy sources, including solar and wind energy, in order to significantly reduce the dependence of countries that rely on imported natural gas and oil, in the context of global climate change and depletion of natural resources.Such a transition will not only create a sustainable energy infrastructure, but will also help minimize the negative impact on the environment, contributing to the improvement of the environmental situation in the region.
