Human capital is the sum of the knowledge, skills, experience and professional qualifications of workers and is considered one of the important factors of economic development. The role of human capital in small businesses is especially important, since small organizations, having limited resources, require a highly qualified and motivated workforce to effectively carry out their activities. This study analyzes the impact of human capital on the success of small businesses, ways and strategies to increase its role within the organization.
