Modern society is experiencing the rapid development of information technologies. This is fundamentally transforming not only communication but also the nature of criminal activity. Transnational crimes in the field of information technology have become a global issue, crossing national borders and allowing criminal networks to operate simultaneously across multiple jurisdictions. Given the complex nature of the digital space and the rapid pace of technological advancement, there is an urgent need to improve conventional and institutional mechanisms for combating transnational crimes in the field of information technology.
