ISSUES OF LEGAL LIABILITY FOR DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS

This scientific article examines the legal documents adopted by international organizations and developed countries against discrimination in labor relations and the grounds for liability for violations. By analyzing the policies and practices adopted by international entities, information is provided on the issue of creating equal opportunity and fair treatment in the global workforce. The article examines effective approaches to combating discrimination, legal frameworks, enforcement mechanisms and employer practices. Developed countries around the world have taken important measures and penalties to combat discrimination and promote equal treatment in the workplace. Each country’s approach may differ depending on their legal framework and sources of law. One of the main aspects of preventing discrimination in labor relations is the presence of comprehensive legislation and its effective functioning. Developed countries generally have a strong legal framework and enforcement mechanism to protect people from discrimination based on various protected characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, etc.
