Abstract

Today, the development of creative competence among music teachers, enhancing their professional skills and creative abilities, is highly relevant. Modern education requires the improvement of teaching methods and tools, as well as the introduction of new pedagogical communication approaches. Creativity is the ability to generate new ideas, think beyond conventional frameworks, and make original decisions. In pedagogical practice, preparing teachers based on a competent approach and developing their creative potential is crucial. This process emphasizes promoting national culture in music education, utilizing modern technologies, and applying individualized approaches. In accordance with the tasks outlined in presidential decrees, additional measures are being taken to improve the quality of music education and expand students' music-related skills.

Thus, developing creative competence is not only a matter of professional growth but also a key factor contributing to the cultural and educational progress of society. In this process, teachers must regularly update their knowledge, apply innovative methods, and adopt an individualized approach to students to enhance their creative potential.
