Abstract

In the digital era, online reviews and ratings have become a critical component influencing consumer decisions, particularly in the restaurant industry. This article investigates how online feedback shapes the reputation and success of restaurants by analyzing the key factors that drive consumer trust. The study highlights the importance of review authenticity, reviewer credibility, and platform reliability as essential elements for building trust and attracting customers. Understanding these factors helps restaurant owners and marketers optimize their online presence and foster long-term customer relationships.
