This article analyzes the integration of the education and vocational training systems in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution — Industry 4.0 — from a socio-philosophical perspective. It substantiates the need to reconsider the content and methodology of vocational education in light of digital technologies, automation, and the evolving demands of the labor market. Particular attention is given to dual education, the development of human capital, and the individual's responsible engagement with labor in modern society.
