Abstract

This article analyzes the best practices of foreign countries in developing and improving the professional competence of primary school teachers. The article examines modern approaches to improving the quality of education, teachers' professional development systems, methodological guides, and the processes of forming competence through innovative educational technologies. The article contains scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving the processes of teacher professional development.
