Abstract

This article provides a brief analysis of the historical and cultural development of Ancient Bactria and the distinctive features of the society during the Avestan period. It examines religious beliefs, social structure, economic activities, as well as the role of ancient customs and rituals in community life. The paper also highlights the influence of Avestan values on the cultural and religious processes of subsequent periods.
