Abstract

This article analyzes the role, influence, and contribution of Uzbek female scientists in scientific leadership and innovation management. The study examines women’s participation in academic administration, higher education, and innovation centers, focusing on their leadership experience, research potential, and involvement in strategic decision-making. It also discusses the challenges faced by women in science management and proposes solutions based on international best practices. The paper highlights the importance of promoting gender equality and strengthening women’s leadership capacity in Uzbekistan’s scientific and innovation sectors.
