This article analyzes the ethical and technical aspects of the concept of trust in the digital society and describes an artificial intelligence system called Digital Trust Analyzer (DTA), which automatically determines the “moral trust level” based on the user’s online behavior and text content. The system analyzes the criteria of truthfulness, respect, confidentiality, fairness and information accuracy in the user’s written text and provides an overall assessment in the form of a trust score. The theoretical basis of the project integrates the concepts of moral philosophy of Kant, Luhmann, Floridi and Aristotle.
