Based on the paradigm of sustainable development, the study substantiates the need to restore the ontological balance between humans and nature. It analyzes the philosophical and ethical dimensions of green finance, carbon neutrality, and ecological innovation. As a result, a conceptual model is proposed to integrate economic efficiency with ecological justice, emphasizing the moral dimension of economic decision-making.
