Abstract

This article examines the role of women in pedagogical activity from a historical perspective and highlights current trends in the education system. It analyzes women’s contribution to the educational process, their status in the pedagogical field, their impact on social development, and reforms aimed at promoting gender equality. The article discusses historical stages as well as modern opportunities for the professional development of female educators.
