The article comprehensively covers the philosophical genesis of the axiological approach, the main principles of value theory, the system of intrinsic and instrumental values, the impact of the fact–value distinction on scientific methodology, and the role of the axiological paradigm in modern scientific practice. The author systematically analyzes the cultural, social, scientific, and pedagogical functions of values, and substantiates the strategic role of the axiological approach in the development of society with theoretical arguments. The article also presents graphic models, tables, and a comparison of axiological paradigms.
