HISTORICAL SOURCES ON UZBEKISTAN ETHNOMUSIC AND PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS OF THINKERS' VIEWS ON ETHNOMUSIC

This article analyzes the formation, development and scientific and philosophical interpretations of Uzbek ethnomusic based on historical sources and the views of thinkers. In particular, the ancient Turkic texts, "Avesta", Arab-Persian sources, music treatises of the Timurid era, as well as the scientific and theoretical views of thinkers such as Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, Jami, Navoi on music are considered from the perspective of their influence on the development of ethnomusic. Within the framework of the topic, the aesthetic essence of Uzbek folk music, its role in social life, and the mechanisms of influence on the spiritual and cultural development of society through music are philosophically analyzed, and a scientific conclusion is drawn in harmony with the information about ethnomusic from historical sources.
