The modern education system requires future teachers and educators to possess not only professional
knowledge but also creative thinking and the ability to adapt to pedagogical challenges. This article examines the
significance of innovative approaches in the professional training of future educators and analyzes their influence
on the development of creative competence. It is argued that educational practices based on innovation foster
independent thinking, creative problem-solving, and a conscious attitude toward pedagogical activity. Special
attention is given to the use of modern educational technologies as an effective means of unlocking creative
potential. The article concludes with practical insights and recommendations aimed at improving the quality of
teacher education.
