the article is devoted to the preparation of future technology teachers for designing a psychologically safe learning environment in schools. The need to introduce psychological safety into the educational process and the role of technology teachers in this process are considered. The methods and techniques used in preparing future teachers for designing a psychologically safe learning environment are described. The results of the study demonstrating the effectiveness of the program for preparing future technology teachers for designing a psychologically safe learning environment are presented
