LEGAL POLICY IN ENSURING GENDER EQUALITY: ANALYSIS OF THE EXPERIENCE OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the legal policy aimed at ensuring gender equality in Uzbekistan and examines the stages of its formation and development. The study explores national legislation, constitutional provisions, and state programs related to gender equality. Special attention is given to the challenges in implementing legal policy and identifying priority areas for its improvement. Based on a comparative analysis with international legal standards, the article presents scholarly conclusions and practical recommendations.
