This article analyzes the dynamics of service quality indicators in the service sector of Uzbekistan in recent years. The relationship between service quality and economic efficiency is examined based on statistical data. The study provides a dynamic analysis of the share of the service sector in GDP, the level of customer satisfaction, digitalization indicators, and labor productivity. The obtained results substantiate the impact of improving service quality on economic growth and competitiveness.
