LEGAL REGULATION OF SMART CONTRACTS IN THE CIS

This work is devoted to the legal status of smart contracts in the legislation of the CIS countries. The experience of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation is mainly considered. In addition, the paper identified the existing legal problems of using a decentralized system for concluding and executing smart contracts. The paper also describes possible ways of their implementation in the current national legislation.
