The article touches upon topical issues of legal regulation of civil law relations in social networks. It covers topics such as current regulatory mechanisms and their limitations, challenges in applying civil law to social media, and offers a perspective on the future of civil law regulation. The article also analyzes the current regulatory framework of Uzbekistan, offers recommendations for its improvement, and highlights international standards and practices of social media regulation, including a comparative analysis of social media regulation in foreign countries.
